Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of Prop Gen. They form part of the agreement between Prop Gen and each organization that uses the service.
Effective date: September 29, 2024
By creating an account or using Prop Gen, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to bind your organization. If you do not agree, you must discontinue access to the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials provisioned through Logto or other authentication providers.
You must ensure your use complies with applicable insurance regulations, data privacy laws, and the agreements you maintain with your clients.
Prop Gen grants a non-transferable license to use the platform for generating and managing insurance proposals for your internal business operations.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute platform features without written permission, and automated scraping of underlying models is prohibited.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cadence you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Downgrading a plan may result in loss of features or capacity. You are responsible for exporting data before canceling service.
Prop Gen provides commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime and to notify you of scheduled maintenance.
We may modify features or discontinue services with 30 days notice. Critical security updates may be applied without notice.
Prop Gen processes personal data on your behalf in compliance with published privacy commitments. You remain the controller of client data uploaded to the platform.
You must not store protected health information (PHI) or payment card data within Prop Gen unless we have executed appropriate addenda.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or threaten platform security.
Upon termination, your right to use Prop Gen ceases immediately, but sections governing confidentiality, indemnification, and limitations of liability survive.
Prop Gen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid over the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Prop Gen against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of applicable regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, unless a different venue is mutually agreed upon.

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will provide notice via email or in-product messaging prior to materially significant updates. Continued use of Prop Gen after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
